Turmeric is perfectly matched with ginger, liquorice, cinnamon, lemon myrtle and tulsi for a very satisfying cuppa. A dash of ground pepper ensures the healing properties of turmeric are absorbed effectively in the body. SERVING: 1 heaped tspn per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Can take a drizzle of honey. Caffeine free.
