Also known as butter beans, madagascar beans, sieva beans.

Also known as butter beans, lima beans are a large, creamy-white legume native to Peru and widely used in Mediterranean, South American, and Southern US cooking. Their mild flavour and soft, buttery texture make them ideal for slow-cooked stews, soups, warm salads, and Greek gigantes plaki. Graina supplies large dried lima beans in bulk with per-kilo pricing well below supermarkets — cook from dry after an overnight soak, or pressure-cook for 20 minutes for a quick weeknight meal.
