Mulled wine mix
Ingredients: Cinnamon bark, Star anise, pimento whole. juniper berries, Cloves, Green Cardamoms
Mulled wine has been a favourite drink during winters. Unlike the norther hemisphere we generally have it during Christmas in July. Its a traditional drink, but its such a nice one to have during winter months.
We present you with a classic mix of spices that is boiled with the wine and for sweetness add a little honey. Our simple but effective recipe is below.
Usage:
- In medium heat, warm up the a bottle of red wine.
- Add 2 Tablespoon of mulled wine spice mix to the pot
- Add 1 Tablespoon of raw organic honey to the mix.
