The powder arrived in great condition and was a good colour and only mildly clumped. My review is a cautionary tale because I placed it straight inside an airtight jar that was really too large and within a couple of weeks the amount of moisture in the air inside the jar caused the passionfruit powder to coalesce into an extremely tough, dark, chewy, sticky lump. It would probably have been fine if I'd placed it with some little desiccator packages such as those that come with vitamins.
The good news is that the tough, chewy congealed passionfruit powder turned out to be like a super-sour fruit chew. For fans of sour lollies who find most of the 'sour' stuff a bit on the weak side: this was a real treat! I cut it into pieces and my kids and I all enjoyed eating it, which was consolation for my ruined plans to utilise it in some icing or a homemade ice cream :D Now I have to buy more and make sure I use it in a timely fashion...
