Ingredients: Organic hibiscus/rosella flowers crushed
Hibiscus Tea is made from dried petals of the hibiscus flower and is fast becoming known as an effective tonic for lowering blood pressure. Hibiscus Tea is packed with antioxidants and has a lovely fruity, tart flavour and makes up into a beautiful rosy red infusion. Fantastic iced. Often referred to as Egyptian Red Tea. SERVING: 1 teaspoon hibiscus tea per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Tip: To really ramp up the antioxidant level, throw in a handful of fresh mint leaves. Add a drizzle of honey to cut through the tartness of the hibiscus. Drink hot or cold. Caffeine Free
