The spicy Szechuan pepper is a native of China and is well-known for its heat. However it isn’t hot in the same way as a chilli pepper, as it’s from a different plant which has its own flavour. Szechuan Pepper is also a good source of some vitamins and minerals and is used in the traditional sizzling hotpot dishes of China’s south-western province.

only 9% is recycled. Our aim is to reduce households single use plastic
waste and consequent environmental impacts. We do this by providing
