Ingredients: Yerba Mate Leaves
Yerba Mate contains caffeine but is a gentle, energising tea. Its flavour is slightly astringent and bittersweet and it makes an excellent alternative to coffee. It also contains thermogenic properties to increase the rate to which fat is burned. SERVING: 1 teaspoon of yerba mate per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Serve with a drizzle of honey and squeeze of lemon
