Graina's bulk bakers yeast is shelf-stable for months and activates on contact with warm water between 32 and 38 degrees Celsius — one teaspoon raises a standard loaf. Buying yeast in bulk is roughly 70% cheaper per gram than supermarket sachets and generates zero single-use plastic.
