View full detailsAs a regular online customer I get emails often from Graina. I had been planning an order and I coincidentally was offered a certain discount rate that was meant to last for like 2 weeks. When I went to order within date period the code did not work. I called the shop and they could not help me and gave me an email address of someone to contact that they said was the boss and they would sort out. I waited 2 days for a reply and never got one to this day..(about 3 weeks later). I find this pretty shoddy that we cannot contact a person in charge that can make things right for good customers like us😒.
This is different that one of your main competitors that actually picks up the phone when an important (and time sensitive) query needs to be made..
As a fellow very small business retailer of 25 years experience I know things can get hectic, not happy about this..especially about the shop staff not helping and never receiving a reply to email sent.
Very happy with the quality of this product. Arrived in a timely manner.
