Ingredients: Maize Polenta
Made from crushed cornmeal, polenta is a traditional dish that has a number of uses. It may be cooked, then allowed to cool to make a type of bread. Or it may be used as a substitute for mashed potato. Warm and filling.
It’s a great source of protein and fibre and acts as a prebiotic to help feed good bacteria in our gut.
Polenta is a great gluten-free alternative to wheat flour!
