Chewy, nutrient-packed granola bars made with our Premium Granola for an on-the-go snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Premium Granola
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat almond butter and honey over low heat until smooth and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a bowl, mix Premium Granola with chopped nuts or seeds. Pour the almond butter mixture over and combine well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and store in an airtight container for a quick and healthy snack anytime.
