Coconut virgin oil is white cold pressed. It tastes same like coconut. It is
used as an oil in cooking vegetables, meat and other dishes.
Organic virgin coconut oil is very heat stable so it makes an excellent cooking and frying oil. It has a subtle coconut aroma and adds a very mild pleasant hint of coconut taste to the food. Because of the natural stability of coconut oils it is slow to oxidize and thus resistant to rancidity, lasting up to two years.
