Instructions

  1. To prepare the recipe, the heat the oven up to 180 degree Celsius then, I line the oven tray with a baking paper.
  2. I combine the macadamia oil, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and honey together in a small pot, and I stir it on low heat until it has melted.
  3. Then, I mix the melted mixture with the sunflower seeds, nuts

    , pumpkin seeds, rice puffs, and quinoa puff together.
